Welcome...Lorna Simmons and John Jackson are the principals and key practitioners at The Centre. They are both fully trained and certified Clinical Hypnotherapists, Psychotherapists and Spiritual Regression Hypnotherapists.

Through their spiritual regression sessions and workshops their aim is to offer a safe and nurturing place for healing and personal growth. Assisting you to know and understand yourself as a soul, developing your amazing inner potential and the ability to express your greatness within.

Lorna has been trained and certified in Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy by the Michael Newton Institute USA. Lorna is a listed practitioner on The Newton Institute international web site and the first LBL therapist to be certified and practicing in Brisbane.  She is also trained and certified in Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy under the personal supervision of Paul Aurand with the Holistic Healing Center New York. Paul is the head trainer for the TNI.

John has trained in Past Life Regression with the Academy of Transformational Psychotherapy and the The Holistic Healing Center, USA, in affiliation with The Newton Institute, USA

They are both spiritual intuitive’s, and also offer sessions of spiritual counselling and guidance and are trained in Reiki energy healing.

There are many approaches to spiritual regression, and not all spiritual regression therapists have the qualifications to be facilitating this work. It is vital to check qualifications when selecting a therapist, and to make sure they are registered Clinical Hypnotherapists and members of a verifiable Association.  As association members we have regular supervision and stand by a strict code of ethics and integrity. Unskilled practitioners may lead clients or not finish a past life death leaving out the integration process which is vital to healing. Some novices are only facilitating exploration, fantasy and discovery regressions which are not therapeutic and can leave the client confused without resolutions.

Regression, of any type, presents no particular risks in the hands of a competent and trained professional.
